•⁠  ⁠Boiler Process Design & Consulting 

  Process design for new water‑tube boilers, as well as revamping and re‑powering of existing boilers in Power, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical industries. Our designs are developed in‑house by experienced engineers using advanced calculation tools and are based on international codes such as ASME and NFPA.

•⁠  ⁠Fired Heater Design & Engineering 

  Design of process fired heaters and related fire equipment for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical applications in accordance with API 560. We can support complete packages including fired heaters, burners, Burner Management Systems (BMS), gas skids, instrumentation, combustion air fans, exhaust stacks, platforms, ladders, and walkways as a turnkey engineering solution.

  Thermal design, rating, and mechanical design support for various types of heat exchangers, including shell & tube, plate, and air‑cooled exchangers. We perform duty verification, fouling and pressure drop analysis, material selection, and coordination with vendors to ensure optimal performance and compliance with TEMA, ASME, and project specifications.
